What are your floor plans used for?

Our plans are illustrative floor plans meant for advertising purposes, they are not builder's or drafting plans i.e. they help buyers get an understanding of the layout of the property and they help sellers attract more buyers.


What do I need to provide you?

All we need from you is a JPEG image of your floor plan sketch. This sketch can be a hand drawn on graph paper (1cm:1m) or the original builders plans or even a previous sales brochure (remember to note any property changes on the scan).


What if I don’t have access to a scanner?

Simple. Take an picture of your floor plan with any digital camera or camera phone and email us that image. Note, if you have a smart phone there are a number of scanner applications you can download for your phone, some for free.


Can you provide site plans?

Yes we can. See our work.


Can you provide coloured plans?

Yes we can. See our work.


What format will my finished floor plan be in?

Your floor plan will be sent in high quality JPEG format (300dpi) for use in both online and print advertising campaigns. For industry professionals we can provide the files in a number of formats depending on your office needs.


Can I proof a draft copy prior receiving the finished product?

Yes, you will first be sent a draft. This is the time to make any amendments.


How long does this process take?

For one off orders, if the scan is accurate you should receive your floor plan by email within 48 hours, often less. This obviously depends on the size and complexity of the property which will be discussed prior to starting the job.


Do you supply floor plans outside of Australia?

Yes we supply floor plans worldwide. As long as you require a floor plan we can be of service. Note: For international customers, all prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and will be converted into your currency by PayPal.


When do I pay for my floor plan?

If this is a one-off order, payment will need to be made at the time of ordering. If we have an on-going relationship you will usually be invoiced weekly with 7 day payment terms.


How do I pay for my floor plan?

Within Australia:   Branch deposit or internet bank transfer.

Outside Australia: PayPal. Nb: You don't need a PayPal account to make a payment & all major credit cards are accepted.


What’s your privacy policy?
